Action Items:
60 Seconds of Action: Thursday, November 17th, is the final day for Members of the U.S. House of Representatives to sign onto a letter being circulated by Reps. Earl Blumenauer, Thad McCotter, and Mike Capuano that would urge the President to include $50 million for the African Union mission in Darfur in a supplemental spending bill expected early in 2006. Please take a moment to call or email your Representative and ask that he or she sign onto the letter. Click here to find his or her contact information
60 Minutes of Action: Beginning next Monday, November 21st, I-Act will begin broadcasting webcam videos from the Chad/Darfur border. Please tune in and see for yourself the reality of what is happening on the ground and in the camps on Monday and everyday after for the following three weeks.
