Youths torn from camps, forced to fight

As I mentioned previously, children are being raided and stolen from the camps near Chad and forced to fight.
Children as young as 13 are being forced into combat by Sudanese rebels who take the youngsters from squalid refugee camps in neighboring Chad, CNN has learned. [continue reading]
How can this be? I thought for sure I read somewhere that Sudan signed a peace treaty with Darfur. Do you mean to tell me they have not dismantled the janjaweed? D'oh.
