Knowledge about Darfur meeting

I have received news that there shall be even more opportunities to partipate in this up-coming rally on September 17, 2006, to help the Darfurians. Please take advantage of this meeting. These are some remarkable people.

There will be an event in Queens on September 5th from 8pm to 9:30 for anyone interested in learning more about the genocide in Darfur, Sudan.

There is no fee for entrance, but donations are appreciated. Go directly to the on-ground aid.

It will involve a panel of speakers including: American Jewish World Service President Ruth Messinger, who will speak about her fact-finding mission to Sudan; Sudanese refugee Daowd Salih of the Massalit tribe, and more.
